Timber Sales
Wood sold in our shop is mostly reclaimed so by it's very nature can have been used before. Some of the timber may have damage, holes, dirt, nails, bends and twists, not standard sizes and lengths which is reflected in the price.
Due to how the wood is collected we can't guarantee that the wood has been treated or untreated. Wood and wood based products not manufactured by us are "Sold as seen" and customers should ensure that they are happy with the condition of the item before purchasing. We do not offer a returns policy on reclaimed timber.
Due to the size of our shop we are unable to store items for longer than 24 hours unless previously agreed. Items not collected within 24 hours will be sold.
Sizes are approximate. Customers should ensure that they are happy with the dimensions and condition before purchasing.
Items made to order
Where items are made to order we will offer a quote which will last 14 days.
We require payment in full at the time of ordering.Refunds are not available unless the item is faulty, made to incorrect specifications like size, colour or material.
Items are made from reclaimed timber (unless otherwise stated) so will not be identical , may have imperfections, holes etc
All orders are issued with a receipt at the time of purchase. Items cannot be released without a receipt.
Items can take up to 4 week due to sourcing of materials and manufacturing times. We will contact customer to arrange collection or delivery. Items cannot be stored more than 2 weeks due to limited space.
